No Holding back! - Entertainment Industry

Watup! Haven't wrote anything on here yet so here it goes!
Well been tryna push things forward for myself with dance and everything in life lately and Im starting to realise that some industries (especially dance) sucks at times!
Going to auditions and random dudes getting in but you don't and you clearly have an advantage over them, but you don't look commercial!??!!
I dare to be different so why should I have to conform to the world or any other individual who looks the same as the average Joe Bloggs, am I a clone??
Things like this make me realise how much you have to push for your dream if you want it to happen, so long as God is guiding your footsteps dont sweat! We all got mad ideas and talents and so forth so do your thing! This is the attitude I'm trying to adopt boy! So I challenge all of us DWEEBS and DWEEBETES haha, to make movements big time dont let any one or thing hold you back from achieveing your purpose if its meant to be! Lets do our thing!

ChokABlock

Me and my friends Lorelle and Charly reached ChockABlock @ Egg on Friday 28th March. We queued up for a bout 15- 30 minutes don’t actually remember to tuff cos we were busting ber jokes. We finally got in and I can pretty much say it’s a nice venue, when you pass the cloakroom into the lounge area there was no music but people were gathered around talking to each other.

We went straight to the ChockABlock room it was already packed out and I saw a few familiar faces. The music started off great, but not many people were dancing they were mainly standing against the wall or around the bar area. By the time it reaches 1am Skepta who’s headlining this event came on and that’s when it became live! He wasn’t on for long though and before you know it he was gone. That’s when it became a bit dry so we went off exploring and ended up in funky house room. It was packed with late 20’s early 30’s men and women dancing off beat, it was jokes so we joined in taking the piss….

There was another room on the top floor it played 80’s music but there was hardly anyone there. Most of the people out of it slumped on the seats. We danced for a bit then decide to go back to the ChockABlock room. It was dead so we went home.
